OCEAN: The protection of critical marine hotspots

Behind the Scenes with Netflix & BBC

Join Justin Blake behind the scenes on the filming of great white sharks for the Netflix and BBC Planet Earth new release, OCEAN.  He shares untold stories from the field, revealing what was learned about these iconic predators, and explores how this work is helping to identify and protect key marine hotspots. You’ll also hear about an exciting new project celebrating and safeguarding sharks—and the vital marine reserves they call home.

Each session consists of 20-minute presentations, followed by a joint Q&A session of 15 minutes.
